"As I was preparing for a divorce, I just didn't have the focus or energy to prepare my home for sale. We had never really decorated anything and had very little furniture. Sacha came right in and rearranged all the existing things we had, chose the paint, had her painters over the next day, and shopped for hours with me to select the right pieces that would make my house shine?all on a tight budget. The unit right next door had been on the market for more than a month with no offers, so we knew we had to really make ours stand out. She not only picked all the furniture up, but she spent long, dirty hours putting it all together, hanging pictures and cleaning and organizing along side me. She literally carried me through it all with her incredible positive attitude, endless energy and sense of humor. She sent these beautiful open house invites to our entire complex and the open house was packed! Everything was perfect?the music, the flowers, the food. People were blown away by our condo and everyone thought we had had it professionally designed. We sold it in the first ten days and left the other unit in the dust. During our escrow, we had a potential deal breaker and we were dealing with some very stubborn association people, but Sacha negotiated perfectly so that everyone was happy.
